1. Service Access and Channel Availability

You are entitled to access channels specifically included in your subscription package. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or performance of channels outside the subscribed region. Availability means 99% uptime; quality refers to clear video/audio; functionality means the channel works without errors.

2. Legal Jurisdiction

Our services are operated from a jurisdiction outside the European Union (EU). All legal matters will be governed by the laws of the country where we are registered, irrespective of where you access our service from.

3. Refund Policy

You can claim a refund within the guaranteed period available for your subscription. To request a refund, contact us and provide a valid reason. We may refuse to proceed with a refund if we determine that we can fix the issue for you.

4. What is Not Eligible for Refund

• Missing channels, including HD and 4K quality concerns
• Temporary buffering
• Temporarily unavailable channels
• Missing or incorrect EPG
• Not being able to set up our services
• ISP blocking
• No reason provided
• Slow internet speed

Excluded from refunds are the cases listed above.

5. Reseller Credit Policy

All reseller credits are non-refundable. Please ensure all purchases align with your business needs before proceeding.

6. Extra Features and Add-ons

Additional services or add-ons purchased with your subscription are non-refundable under any condition.

7. Your Legal Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring that our IPTV service is legal to use in your country. Any legal consequences are entirely your responsibility.

8. Fair Usage Policy

Subscriptions are for individual use only. Sharing login credentials, simultaneous streaming on multiple devices, or restreaming our content is strictly prohibited and may lead to account termination without notice.

9. Account Suspension Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating our terms, engaging in restreaming, showing disrespect to our staff, or harming our reputation or operations in any way.

10. ISP Blocking Notice

Some ISPs may block IPTV content during major events. This is beyond our control. We recommend using a VPN or a more IPTV-friendly ISP. ISP blocking is not eligible for refunds.
