Questions about setting up
What people ask before and after installing, whatever device they use.
My username and password do not work
Type them exactly as they appear in your email — they are case-sensitive, and a trailing space copied along with the text is the single most common cause. Check you are using the right login type: most players want the Xtream Codes API option (server URL, username, password) rather than an M3U link. If it still fails, confirm your subscription is active before reinstalling anything.
Can I watch on more than one screen at the same time?
Each stream playing at once uses one connection, so watching on your your TV and on a phone simultaneously needs two. The number included depends on the plan you bought. Signing in on several devices is fine — it is only simultaneous playback that counts. If a second screen shows an error while the first is playing, you have reached your limit.
Do I need a VPN?
No. The service works without one, and adding a VPN will not make a stream faster — it adds a hop, so it usually makes throughput slightly worse. If you already run a VPN on your your device and playback is unreliable, turn it off and test again before changing anything else.
Some channels will not open, or the list looks incomplete
First log out and back in inside the app: the channel list is fetched at login, so a stale list is fixed by refreshing it rather than reinstalling. If one channel fails while its neighbours play, that individual feed is down and will come back on its own. If nothing at all opens, it is the connection or the credentials — see the two answers above.
