Guarantee of streams

While Fireview TV does attempt to regularly update its channel list, Fireview TV cannot and does not guarantee the availability of any channels listed in the Fireview TV services. You understand that channels may become unavailable on a temporary or permanent basis at any time and for reasons beyond the control of Fireview TV. Fireview TV cannot and does not make any representations or warranties regarding the content or quality of any channels available through the software. You understand that picture quality may vary for reasons beyond the control of Fireview TV, including the speed and quality of your Internet connection. The content of all channels available through Fireview TV is the sole responsibility of the channel provider. You understand that premium channels, including but not limited to HBO, Cinemax, and Showtime, are not available through Fireview TV.

VPN or Proxy usage

Using a VPN or proxy servers is allowed under reasonable use.

Accuracy of information

Compatibility

Sharing a subscription

Sharing a subscription is not permitted. You can only have one active stream open at any given time. However, by purchasing extra connections, you can watch on multiple devices at the same time.

Number of channels and movies (VOD)

The number of channels and movies in the VOD library can change based on the update we do every week.

Support

Each subscription would get up to a Year of technical support, after that period it may be chargeable.

Refund Policy

You can claim your refund witting the guaranteed period available on each subscription. To get your refund you need to contact us here and provide us a good reason to get it. We may refuse to proceed for a refund if we judge that we can fix the issue for you. Excluded from refunds:

• Missing channel - HD & 4K quality
• Temporarily buffering
• Temporarily not working channels
• EPG missing/ wrong
• Not able to set up our services
• ISP blocking
• No reason provided
• Slow internet speed

Suspension and downtime

In the extension of our rights to end or suspend your access delineated above, you acknowledge that: your access and usage of the services might be suspended for the length of any sudden or unscheduled downtime or unavailability of any portion or all of the services for any reason. All correspondences and notice to be made or offered in understanding with this Agreement ought to be in the English language. We maintain all authority to instantly end or limit your use of the services or access to content at any time, without notice or liability, if Fireview TV determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, disregarded any law, rule, or regulation. The Fireview TV logo, and other Fireview TV marks, graphics, scripts, are trademarks of Fireview TV. None of the Fireview TV trademarks may be copied, downloaded, or otherwise exploited.

Responsibility

Fireview TV does not host any videos or TV streams on our website. We provide easier access to these streams which are otherwise freely available on the net. All channel names, content, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
