Install IPTV Smarters PRO · on your Android
Follow the steps

Visit iptvsmarters.com and take the APK
In the phone browser open iptvsmarters.com, scroll to the downloads and tap Download APK for Android.
IPTV Smarters Pro is absent from Google Play. The APK on the official site is the only supported route.

Install the file, then open the app
Open the package from your notifications or Downloads folder and confirm. Android asks once whether the browser may install apps — allow it in Settings, return, then launch IPTV Smarters Pro.

Select “Login with Xtream Codes API”
The welcome screen offers two methods. Take the Xtream Codes API option; ignore the M3U one.

Fill in the three fields
Copy the server URL, username and password from your activation email. All three are case sensitive.

Playback time
The channel list, films and series load in. Select a channel to begin playback.
Installing IPTV Smarters PRO on Android: what is different
On an Android phone or tablet, IPTV Smarters PRO installs from Google Play in the usual way — no rooting and no developer settings.
If you install IPTV Smarters PRO from an APK instead, Android asks once for permission to install from that source. Grant it to the browser or file manager doing the install, not system-wide.
Playing over mobile data works, but a live HD channel uses roughly 1–2 GB per hour — worth checking your plan before a full match.
